Juana Golf Refund & Return Policy

At Juana Golf, we use a print-on-demand service, which means we do not keep inventory on hand (except for our ball markers). Because of this, we do not see the product before it arrives at your door. If you experience any quality issues with your order, please fill out our contact form at the bottom of our homepage within 7 days of receiving your item, and we’ll work with our printer to send you a replacement.

Please note:

• We do not accept returns or exchanges for incorrect sizes at this time, so please double-check our size charts before placing your order.  As a small business, we are unable to cover reproduction costs for sizing issues at this stage.
